Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Apki Pasand Craft

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:

  • Limitations on product availability.

  • Errors in product details, pricing, or information.

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is cancelled by us, we will notify you promptly and process the refund, if applicable.

Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your order after making payment:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your total amount.

  • The balance refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once the order has been processed, customized, dispatched, or delivered.

Important Notes

  • Since all our products are personalized and handcrafted, we usually start processing your order within a few hours of receiving it.

  • Providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information (like wrong name, address, or phone number) may result in additional charges if the courier returns the parcel.

Product Complaints & Replacement

If you believe a product is defective or there has been a mistake from our side:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Replacement requests must include an unboxing video as proof of damage/defect.

  • Replacement products may take 10–15 days to process.

  • Replacements/Exchanges are not accepted if:

    • The product has been used or tampered with.

    • The packaging is damaged due to customer handling.
