1. Introduction

ApkiPasandCraft.com is an online store offering customized and handcrafted gifts across India.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Once your order is confirmed, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp/SMS.
Product images shown on our site are for reference. Slight variations in color, design, or size may occur.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Apki Pasand Craft:
We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen issues. Customers will be notified, and refunds will be processed promptly.

Cancellation by Customer:

Cancellation requests must be made within 2 days of placing the order.
If the payment has been made, 10% processing fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
No cancellation/refund is possible once work has started on customization or once the product is shipped.

3. Billing & Shipping Details

Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping details.
Wrong or incomplete information may lead to delivery delays.
Any additional charges due to incorrect details will be borne by the customer.

4. Image/Photograph Requirements

For personalized products, customers must upload high-quality images.
Apki Pasand Craft is not responsible for poor print/engraving quality if low-resolution images are submitted.

5. Message/Text Guidelines

Certain emojis or symbols may not be supported in engraving/printing.
If no message is provided, the product will be delivered without custom text.

6. Product Availability & Add-ons

Some accessories (roses, teddies, hampers, etc.) may vary depending on stock availability.
Add-ons are for representation only and may differ slightly from images shown.
In case of damage to add-ons during shipping, we will replace/refund as per policy.

7. Legal Terms

Apki Pasand Craft operates from Bazpur, Uttarakhand (PIN: 262401).
All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Uttarakhand courts.

8. Privacy Policy

All personal information, including images provided for customization, will be kept private.
Customer details will never be shared without consent.
Images may be used for marketing unless the customer requests removal.

9. Agreement & Confirmation

Customers must provide correct contact and delivery details.
If parcels are returned due to wrong details, re-delivery charges will apply.
