Order Processing Time
We begin processing every order as soon as it is placed. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. In rare cases, processing may take up to 48 hours, depending on order volume, customisation requirements, or other operational circumstances.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days, depending on the destination, remote locations, weather conditions, or logistics delays.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your AWB/tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, wherever applicable. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Partners
We ship orders through independent third-party courier and logistics partners. While we work with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, actual transit and last-mile delivery are handled by the respective courier partner and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control.
RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
A shipment may be returned to origin (RTO) due to reasons such as:
- Customer being unavailable at the delivery address
- Customer refusing to accept the parcel
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Customer being unreachable during delivery attempts
- Failure to respond to delivery attempts
Since our products are custom-made and personalised specifically for each customer, an order returned due to reasons attributable to the customer will not normally be eligible for a refund of the advance payment.
Aapki Pasand Crafts is not responsible for RTO resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address or from the customer’s refusal/unavailability to accept the shipment.
However, if an order is returned due to an error attributable to us or another issue for which the customer is not responsible, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
We strongly recommend double-checking your delivery address and keeping your phone number reachable during the expected delivery period to avoid delivery failure or RTO.
